Embodiment is not escaping the body but inhabiting it with reverence, listening to its wisdom, and allowing Spirit to express through physical life. Intuition, sensation, breath, and somatic awareness serve as channels for divine guidance.

So we find ourselves arriving at the self-evident proposition that in Its creative action Life makes things out of Itself by Itself becoming what It makes. If we cannot fully comprehend this, we can just accept it. – Ernest Holmes, A New Design for Living
