Rev. Elzia shared his thoughts on “Grounded in Gratitude!”
Ernest Holmes, in his exploration of life’s essence, reminds us that “Life is all that there is.” Holmes emphasizes that something cannot come from nothing, and thus, life is the source and substance of all that exists.
Walking barefoot within ourselves is a powerful metaphor for embracing vulnerability and authenticity. When we shed the protective layers that shield us from our deeper truths, we become attuned to the intricate and delicate textures of our inner landscape.
Each step we take in this metaphorical journey invites us to acknowledge the beauty in our imperfections and the wisdom in our past, even if we deem some actions as “mistakes.”
This inner awareness on our part is not only our awareness of It but is also Its awareness of us. – Ernest Holmes, Discover a Richer Life
